All real estate licensees must complete LARRC to meet the requirement to take a 3-hr CE course on recent changes in real estate rule and law every license renewal period (1st bird!). Not only does this course cover the basic rules of statutory interpretation, real estate license, property management license, and disclosures, but it also includes the NAR-required Fair Housing training (2nd bird!).
