Description
Learn the role of the Ombudsman which operates primarily as a communicator and conciliator; not determining whether ethics violations have occurred, but rather anticipating, identifying and resolving misunderstandings and disagreements before matters ripen into disputes and possible charges of unethical conduct. After completing this course, the member will be eligible to serve as an Ombudsman for the Local or State Association. This coursed provides 3 Oregon CE hours.
